建筑物能耗急劇增加，建筑用能已達全社會能源消費量的30%以上(Energy consumption in construction is increasing rapidly,which is up to 30% of the total energy consumption now. )；
常規(guī)能源的使用對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生污染(The pollution for Environmentof traditional energy)；
2008年綠色奧運對能源和環(huán)保的要求(2008 Beijing OlympicGames’ requirement in energy and environmental protection.)。
